vicidialNOW, Inc. is an Opensource consulting and software company focusing on the development and implementation of Opensource strategies for small, medium and large-sized businesses. The company started its operation December 2007. It was founded by Edwin Valbuena, Mark Quitoriano and Demian Biscocho. The founders combined background in Business and Call Center technology implementations provide solid foundation for the consulting and software development business.

Mark Quitoriano
Has more than 4 years extensive experience in network designs and infrastructure using Cisco routers and switches. He has more than 3 years experience with VoIP technology using Opensource PBX, Soft Switches, SIP proxies, Dialogic, Cisco AS5400 and Quintum appliance.

Demian Biscocho
Has more than 9 years of extensive Linux experience. Former lead developer of Lorma Linux. Specializing in kernel customizations, optimization, remote desktop management, thin client solutions and Linux security. He has more than 2 years VoIP experience specializing in Opensource solutions for small and medium size enterprises. He is currently the lead developer of the vicidialNOW Opensource project.
Edwin Valbuena Jr.
Is an Opensource professional with 10 years experience in Information Technology. Former call center IT Manager, he has extensive experience in setting up inbound and outbound call center technology. He currently maintains various VICIDIAL implementation ranging from 20 seats to 140 seats call center. He is also listed as a recommended consultant for VICIDIAL at the Astguiclient/VICIDIAL project page and a member of the VICIDIAL Vendor Association - http://vicidialva.com.
Rodolfo Januarius Manipol
Is a hybrid systems software developer, information systems (IS) engineer and computer network engineer (CNE). He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Systems (MIS). He is well-versed and has extensive experience in call center systems software development, network and hardware setup. He is also well-experience in hybrid systems software development, Information Systems (IS) architectural planning and engineering.
